3. Free Access and Account

3.1 No Account Required

ShopifyPrompts is currently available free of charge and does not require account registration to access the prompt library.

3.2 Newsletter Subscription

If you subscribe to our newsletter, you create a subscriber relationship with us. You may unsubscribe at any time. You are responsible for providing an accurate email address.

3.3 Future Changes

We reserve the right to introduce account features, premium tiers, or modify pricing in the future. We will provide reasonable notice of any such changes.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SHOPIFYPROMPTS AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service
• Damages arising from reliance on any prompt or content on the Website
• Any errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies in prompt content

IN JURISDICTIONS WHERE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY IS NOT PERMITTED, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. IN ALL CASES, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM (OR $10 USD IF YOU HAVE NOT MADE ANY PAYMENTS).
